```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and ensuring their quality and freshness. If you have a love for baking and enjoy creating delicious treats, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent results
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Package baked goods for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Culinary or baking education is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
